SRS menghantar wakil seramai 6 orang untuk mengikuti perlawanan Pingpong terbuka anjuran BATTA pada 17 April 2009, hari Jumaat.

Wakil-wakil SRS berlatih setiap hari, pada waktu rehat. Latihan diteruskan setiap hari dan juga pada waktu ECA.

Kejohanan terbuka Pingpong Sekolah-Sekolah Rendah, Negara Brunei Darussalam, 2009.

Kejohanan ini di adakan pada 11, 12 dan 13 Mei yang lalu bertempat di Kompleks Sukan Menglait. SRS bersama 2 buah Sekolah lagi, Sekolah Rendah Junjongan dan Sekolah Rendah Menunggol mewakili Brunei IV dalam Kejohanan ini.

Congrats to SRS team, Single girl manage to get through to semi-final round and get the 3rd place. Double girl team played till final round against Chung Hwa and get the 2nd place.
